The Goal:
Establish a central digital platform that brings clarity to the Association's work, strengthens public understanding, and provides members with consistent visibility and access, while positioning the organisation as transparent, collaborative, and community focused.

The Challenge:
The existing website was static, not mobile responsive, and offered no way for the internal team to manage content without developer involvement. The Association needed a modern, dynamic platform that could surface market statistics, media coverage, and community listings in real time, while giving staff full autonomy over content going forward.

The Result
A fully launched, mobile responsive website with a no-code CMS that the team manages entirely in-house. The platform has driven consistent growth in traffic and engagement since launch, and has been formally recognised by the board of directors. The Association now has a digital presence that reflects its values and serves its members and the public effectively.
